We know how important our customer’s privacy is and, because of this we will not share your personal information with a 3rd party.

 



Return Policy
An Angel’s Touch Decor will refund the cost of any returned merchandise, less shipping, as long as*:

● it’s returned within 30 days of the purchase date

● a return authorization number is included

● the item is returned in its original packaging & is in proper condition

● the product is returned in original saleable condition.
● Damage due to improper packaging, care or handling by you is not returnable.

● An Angel’s Touch Decor is not responsible for misdirected mail or Email or for any unseen delays in shipping.

Return Process
  • Contact An Angel’s Touch Decor via email or phone to receive your Return Authorization Code (all returns MUST have a Return Authorization Code for processing).
  • Include a copy of your packing slip.
  • Return by insured UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Your money will be refunded, less shipping charges, within 14 days of the date we receive it.

Fundraiser & Web Party Return Policy
A store credit will be given for returned merchandise purchased as part of a fundraiser or web party. This enables us to provide fundraisers and hosts with their check within 7 days of the closing date, rather than having to wait at least 30 days in case of returns. However, for extenuating circumstances please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.


 

 

Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75 or more within the Continental U.S.!

  • Items are shipped out within 2 to 7 business days.  (In the unlikely event that an item will take longer to ship, we will contact you via email) 
  • Items are shipped via USPS Ground (USPS shipping time is 4 to 7 business days).
  • If you need to receive your items quicker, contact us via email and we will try to accommodate you.

Fundraiser & Web Party Shipping Times
Merchandise ordered as part of a fundraiser or web party will be shipped within 10 days of the closing date for that program. In the unlikely event that an item will take longer than 10 days to ship-out, you will be notified via email.
